In addition we also operate the liver commerce service OrderPally and HandsUP, and the social audio platform Wave.
17LIVE is also the pioneer of V-Liver live streaming, enabling real-time interaction between users and virtual characters, creating an innovative experience and fostering a thriving community.

Joseph Phua
Co-Founder, Executive Chairman and CEO of 17LIVE
Joseph Phua is the Co-Founder, Executive Chairman and CEO of 17LIVE. Joseph is a seasoned professional in building and driving growth in various technology companies in the region, with a proven track record of building companies with combined asset value of over a billion dollars, in the process raising over $200 million to drive growth in these companies. He has extensive experience in investments and M&A, investing out of his fund Turn Capital, a single family office focused on taking controlling stakes in various TMT related companies and consumer brands in Asia.
Jing Shen Ng
Global Chief Technology Officer of 17LIVE Group
With more than 10 years of experience in software development and cloud services, Jing Shen provides leadership to the engineering, technology, data, and product teams, driving continuous improvement and optimization of the core broadcasting technology products, including V-Liver, live commerce, and games segments. Before his current role, Jing Shen worked as the Chief Operating Officer at 17LIVE Group. Prior to joining 17LIVE, he held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Paktor Group for nearly 8 years, where he established a highly skilled development team and expanded the engineering systems.
Kenta Masuda
Global Chief Finance Officer of 17LIVE Group
Kenta has rich experience in finance and management and is deeply rooted in the Japanese market with unique insights and a deep understanding. In his role, he oversees management reporting, investor relations, and banking relationships. Prior to his current position, Kenta served as the Chief Finance Officer of 17LIVE for Japan. Before joining 17LIVE Group, Kenta was the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasury at Walmart Japan, where he developed business plans and led the accounting department. Kenta also spent over 8 years with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, specializing in global audit, due diligence, and advisory services.
